The Management Board works alongside the Executive Board, and helps oversee operational issues and the implementation of AEGON’s strategy.
Board members are drawn from AEGON’s country and operating units and have both regional and global responsibilities, ensuring that AEGON is managed as an integrated international business.
The Management Board oversees a broad range of strategic and operational issues. While the Executive Board remains AEGON’s sole statutory executive body, the Management Board provides vital support and expertise in pursuit of the company’s strategic goals.
Including Alex Wynaendts, CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board, and Jan Nooitgedagt, Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Board, AEGON’s Management Board comprises five members.
