Workplace harassment prevention
We want employees to feel empowered to contribute to their best abilities in an environment where they feel safe, respected and valued.
In 2022 and 2023 we ran three mandatory global workplace harassment prevention training sessions with the aim of increasing awareness of, and sensitivity to, what could be offensive and harmful to others. We have also incorporated strategies for promoting a respectful work environment that is free of all forms of harassment, discrimination and intimidation.
Promoting respect and avoiding harassment: Building a greater awareness of workplace harassment in terms of what that can look like, to address situations where people might not realize their behavior can be offensive or harmful to others.
Benefits of a respectful workplace: Visualizing a workplace where all employees are valued and communication is consistently polite, to create an environment where any challenges can be addressed in a positive manner that enhances engagement and creativity.
Harassment prevention and intervention: Empowering colleagues with the knowledge, tools and confidence to intervene should they witness any situation they perceive could constitute harassment, discrimination or intimidation.
We will continue to run workplace harassment prevention training regularly, alongside communication of findings for continuous improvement.
