At Aegon we are dedicated to innovation and excellence. We are seeking a talented and motivated BI Developer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our evolving data strategy.
Specialising in the Cognos BI suite of tools, as BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our business intelligence solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, you will gather requirements, build data models, create visualisations, and deliver actionable reports and dashboards. Your technical expertise and analytical mindset will contribute to the success of our business intelligence initiatives.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Good hands-on Cognos BI technical experience.
Good data analysis and multidimensional modelling experience.
Experienced in translation of business requirements into compelling technical solutions.
Good prioritisation skills.
Good communication skills with the ability to engage with and influence key stakeholders.
Ability to act as an advocate for the use of BI as a business enabler
It’d also be great, but not essential, if you’ve got:
Experience of working within Financial Services environment
What’s in it for you?
A competitive salary from £44,000.00 - £66,900.00, depending on the experience you can bring.
A non-contributory pension between 8%-12%
A discretionary bonus, depending on personal and company performance
