Manager, Channel Marketing - Employee Benefits
Responsibilities
Partner with Marketing Director to create strategic campaign plans, establish customer goals, and define key performance metrics.
Partner with staff in the design, build, and implementation of multiple complex and concurrent campaigns.
Review addressable market to define target audiences and create programs that drive engagement relevant to the audience.
Track and evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods.
Ensure adherence to established processes and workflows related to end-to-end campaign strategy, creative execution, optimizing for performance, and troubleshooting; define new processes and workflows as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure delivery of superior customer service and operational excellence.
Serve as internal escalation point for campaign related issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent experience.
Eight years of marketing communications, digital marketing, or project management experience.
Three years of marketing experience in financial services or a related industry.
Thorough understanding of traditional and digital platforms.
Experience managing projects/processes.
Broad experience developing and executing digital campaigns and complex projects.
Technical acumen to design campaigns that optimize the use of marketing platforms.
Analytical and decision-making skills to identify and prioritize critical issues
Creative thinker.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Employee Benefits product marketing experience. Must have marketed one or more employee benefits products including accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, disability, whole life, term life, universal life, and supplemental health insurance.
General technical understanding of employee benefits products.
Intermediary experience.
Product writing skills.
Strong strategic marketing acumen and brief development experience .
Team player with a desire to flourish in a small, tight-knit team.
Working Conditions
Remote or Hybrid depending on location.
Compensation
**Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to applicable pay transparency and compensation posting laws. It is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.**
The Salary for this position generally ranges between $$97,000 -120,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus of 15% based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company discretion.

Sr Creative Services Writer-Editor
Job Summary
Develop a broad range of creative content to reinforce brand and product positioning, tone, and accuracy of content across company channels and platforms. Lead a variety of initiatives and programs for internal and external audiences.
Responsibilities
Write and edit targeted and compelling copy for a variety of sales channels, collateral and audiences (employees and customers).
Collaborate with internal partners/business areas to develop and execute initiatives throughout their distribution channels.
Write, proofread and edit marketing and communication materials such as product brochures, sales and internal e-mails, website content, social, podcasts, sales flyers, newsletter articles and blogs, direct mail pieces, announcements, video scripts, presentations, etc.
Coordinate with Legal and Brand to ensure adherence to copy approval processes.
Help manage activities with outsourced agency or freelance relationships.
Maintain a working knowledge of applicable business, procedures, products, industry news and developments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
Five years of writing and editing experience using traditional and digital formats
Thorough understanding of digital content best practices and content management systems (CMS)
Excellent writing and editing skills across a range of media (e.g., web, print, video, presentations) and styles from conceptual to journalistic
Research skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage assignments under pressure of deadlines
Interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the financial services industry
