Perform a wide variety of tasks to support financial advisors and their customers, including, but not limited to, helping customers move their assets within or to Transamerica, facilitating IRA and annuity new business processes and resolving associated issues to ensure timely fulfillment, and connecting with customers and third parties to work through any service transactions.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and distribute emails and electronic faxes; log in record systems.
- Prepare incoming paperwork for review or processing; open, distribute, log or scan physical mail.
- Monitor queues for paperwork to be processed or distributed; assigns to appropriate work queues (e.g. to sales assistant for review, advisor for electronic signature, LOAs, advisory/annuity paperwork).
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent time management skills and prioritization skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-volume work environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to change
- Proficiency using MS Office tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial services industry experience

- Remote commuting to St Paul, MN
