Head of Stable Value Solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead cross functional teams responsible for new business, existing business, product development, client service, and operational activities. Create a culture of accountability by aligning employees with strategy and a focus on continuous improvement to drive operating efficiency within the team.
- Manage overall budget for the SVS organization and oversee $50+ billion in contracts and associated relationships with high profile institutional clients.
- Establish new business through underwriting of plans, negotiation, and execution of wrap contracts and investment guidelines.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including Risk Management, Legal and Compliance to communicate product risks, returns, and opportunities. Serve as a key participant in the risk governance framework.
- Manage the administration of ancillary institutional investment products as required.
- Maintain a balance of risk and reward to meet business objectives.
- Act as a thought leader on the stable value asset class to support the wider organization and industry.
- Promote and foster employee engagement and well-being by driving collaboration, innovation, transparency, and trust across the function and organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or relevant field
- Ten years of leadership experience in the financial services industry, including a focus on client management and partner relationships
- In-depth knowledge of fixed income markets and stable value investment management strategies
- Experience with institutional investments, group annuities, general account, and separate account products
- Persuasive communication, problem solving, decision making, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Leadership skills to handle business challenges and engage and influence outcomes at the executive level
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- CFA
Working Conditions
- Office or hybrid office environment (Expected in Baltimore office minimum 1 day per week on average)
- Moderate travel for client meetings, executive leadership meetings, and industry events

Compensation:
The salary for this position generally ranges between $210,000-$275,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
Bonus Eligibility:
This position is also eligible for an Annual Bonus, at a targeted percentage, based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance. This position may also be eligible for long term incentives.
