Aegon strengthens sales network in Slovakia

This year, Aegon has increased the number of customer centers in Slovakia from 13 to 19, covering 17 cities. The most recent additions include Dunajská Streda, Humenné, Košice, Nitra, Prešov and Žilina.

Aegon Slovakia Opens Six New Customer Centers in 2014The new customer centers have been opened in principal cities as well as smaller, strategically-selected towns across Slovakia. The intention is to create an insurance network, with carefully planned catchment areas, that best serve the needs of its growing customer base.

Currently, Aegon Slovakia is helping around 250,000 customers take responsibility of their financial future - life insurance and pension savings.

These customer centers offer complete customer service, expert advice, and consulting for insurance and investment. Customer centricity lies at the heart of Aegon's strategy and is being achieved through a combination of easily accessible, convenient and personalized digital channels, as well as personalized face-to-face contact. Aegon is also supporting its advisors with technology that can be used during consultations, to clearly explain the options available.

Aegon's customer centers provide clients with a full range of insurance services. Customers can take out life and general (property) insurance on the spot, and even superannuations. Or they can walk into a center to make a claim or change their policy.
