Aegon takes full ownership of onna-onna

The Hague, The Netherlands, June 30, 2014

In 2011, Aegon purchased 50% of the shares in onna-onna, a unique insurance broker for female customers. On 30 June 2014, Aegon purchased all remaining shares.

The transaction does not impact the continuity of the business. The company will continue to operate independently, further growing their business from its offices in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Customers will continue to receive the same great service they are used to from onna-onna.

The acquisition of 100% of onna-onna was planned when shares were initially purchased in 2011.
