Aegon wishes to inform holders of USD 500,000,000 Floating Rate Perpetual with ISIN NL0000116168 as follows in relation to the most recent fixing of the Coupon Rate.

Due to unavailability of the ICE 10 year USD swap rate on April 13, 2020, "USD-CMS-10 year" has been set by the Calculation Agent, based on 10 year USD swap quotes at or around the original time of the fixing. The USD Coupon Rate applied to the Coupon Period starting April 15,2020 and ending July 15, 2020 is 0.8145% (USD-CMS-10 year) plus 0.10%.

Following the discontinuation of Telerate Page 42276, notice was given by the Trustee and the Calculation Agent that as of October 13, 2016, the ICE 10 year USD swap rate would be applied going forward to determine "USD-CMS-10 year".
