Rebranded: Aegon Insights

Aegon Direct & Affinity Marketing Services (ADAMS) has rebranded as Aegon Insights to better reflect its enhanced use and application of data, providing a deeper understanding of customers and their channel preferences.

Company rebranding

Aegon IRIS is a cornerstone of the rebranding. It's an end-to-end platform that provides data-driven, omni-channel insurance distribution. Being 'Omni-channel' enables our business partners' customers to seamlessly switch across channels, meaning they can, for example, start a transaction in one channel, complete it in another, and experience a smooth transfer of information.

ADAMS' new name, Aegon Insights, better reflects the enhanced use and application of data.

According to President of Aegon Insights, Richard Ng, "Data is key to helping our business partners identify customers' needs and take a more informed approach in finding the right time and way to contact each individual. Commenting on the rationale behind the rebranding Mr. Ng, explained that the time was right to highlight the company's evolution as a more data-driven organization.
